Steve Turchan

FOUNDER, PRAETORIAN GROWTH ADVISORY

I'm Steve. I spent the last decade in the enterprise tech trenches of San Francisco and New York, leading sales at Salesforce, Checkr, and Rippling. I'm based in South Florida now and work with teams across both coasts and anywhere the growth problem is interesting.

I care more about the growth problem itself than about any one product. How a business wins customers, and how that becomes repeatable. That is why I built Praetorian.

The name is deliberate. The Praetorian Guard protected Rome's leaders through times of change. I do the same for founders, owners, and leadership teams. Read the terrain, then act. Across my career I have generated and influenced more than $100M in pipeline and led teams responsible for hundreds of millions more.
